You are almost done....

The delivery of the deed usually ends the foreclosure process.  However, certain post-foreclosure issues may arise.  If there is a deficiency remaining in the amount of the debt owed to the mortgagee, the mortgagee may bring suit against the mortgagor to recover such a deficiency.  Also, any successful purchaser at a foreclosure sale takes the property subject to any outstanding ad valorem property taxes.  Finally, we can assist you with foreclosure services as to any real property located in any county in the state of Texas.
